Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that promotes whole body health. Tai Chi develops muscular strength and flexibility in the spine as well as the body joints and has been proven to relieve the stiffness and pain associated with arthritis, to lower blood pressure and to improve balance. The most healing style is the Wu style which Master Michael Stadul will be teaching in this three-session class. Master Stadul has been teaching Tai Chi since 1986 and has received additional extensive training. Loose fitting comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes are suggested along with a bottle of water.
