Instructions For Using The Teen Summer Reading Program Reading Record
Print out your Teen Summer Reading Program reading record at home and start reading before your first visit to the Library!
The Teen Summer Reading Program is for those entering the sixth through 12th grades this Fall.
Please use this copy of the reading record to start your reading at home. Write your name, phone number, and grade on each space on the back of the reading record, and make sure you write in each of the books that you have read! Then, come in to the Library to retrieve your book prizes and turn in your entry form. Please note that we can only provide one book prize per visit, and prizes are available while supplies last.
The reading record is two-sided. In order to make both sides line up if you are using a printer that can handle duplex printing, please adjust your settings to say “Open to top.” For all other printers, you will need to do some experiments to make sure the front and back sides of the record line up correctly. The box that says “How Does The Summer Reading Program Work” should be on the back side of the cover that says “Own the Night.”
