Arun Singh, LPLS Library Associate and Computer Trainer, is teaching many of these computer classes at our Libraries.
“These eMedia classes are more relevant than ever before,” he said.
Singh, who rejoined LPLS in November, holds a master’s in accounting, has CompTIA A+ computer certification and is certified in Microsoft Office technologies.
He previously worked at LPLS during the early 2000s for over eight years.
“It’s a great deal of satisfaction helping people learn,” he said. “And that’s what we’re about at the Library.”

Get started here with the basics such as using a mouse, identifying computer parts and an introduction to the Windows operating system. This class includes an opportunity to receive a Certificate of Completion mouse skills certificate.
